Campbell Christian Schools (CCS)

CCS was founded in 1967 by Campbell Church of Christ and has been molding young minds academically and spiritually ever since.  The church sees CCS as a missions partner for their students and families that attend. Because of their standards in excellence, families are drawn to the school but may not yet understand the message of the Gospel. We want to make sure that we are ministering to these young families and sharing God’s love through Christ. Learn more about CCS at their website by clicking HERE.

Locally Mission Driven

In Matthew 25 Jesus mandates that his followers reach out to the hurting, broken and marginalized members of their society. At Campbell we want our focus to remain on lifting up the “least of these” as Christ demonstrated. We seek to join the work of the Kingdom of God by feeding the hungry, meeting the needs of the homeless, showing hospitality to strangers and caring for those in recovery both at home and globally.

The Care Ministry distributes food in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank.

Care Ministry

We are excited to partner with City Team Ministries and Second Harvest Food Bank to facilitate the distribution of nutrition to the food insecure in our community.  As one of several distribution sites in the South Bay, Campbell Church of Christ seeks to love our neighbors by providing physical as well as spiritual services to all in need of support.

City Team

In addition to partnering with Care Ministry for food distribution, Campbell church volunteers take City Team and House of Grace participants on annual camping and whitewater rafting adventures. These two programs include men (City Team Renew) and women (House of Grace) who are enrolled in residential recovery programs that tackle homelessness and addictive behavior. House of Grace

City Team House of Grace is a residential addiction treatment center for chemically dependent women suffering from domestic abuse or homelessness. Treatment services include parenting coursework, 12-Step meetings, life skills classes, vocational assistance, conflict resolution work, anger management training, individual, group, and family counseling, and more.

City Team House of Grace utilizes a community based model for treatment, emphasizing accountability, responsibility, mentorship, and support. Mothers are encouraged to bring children with them into residential treatment.

FriendSpeak

We provide an opportunity for English learners to meet native speakers to practice conversational English using the Bible. We promote community building and exchange of ideas to foster friendships and bridge the cultural and racial divides, using the proven FriendSpeak curriculum. If you enjoy meeting someone who comes from a different culture or want to help someone practice conversational English, please join us to meet like-minded people, exchange ideas, and help one another to grow and thrive.

Made in the Streets

Over 60,000 children are living on the streets of Nairobi, Kenya. For 25 years, the mission of Made In The Streets has been to love and serve children from the streets of Nairobi, meeting their physical, emotional & spiritual needs: loving them fully, equipping them to earn a living and sending them out to a new life.

The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it for me.’
